A pilot since 1977 and first designated a NAFI Master Instructor in 2005, Jack Vandeventer has regaled classes at Oshkosh, Sun n Fun, and around the nation. A Ph.D. with expertise in numerous areas, his true love is flying. Jack owns and flies a Cardinal RG. His clients fly in aircraft ranging from glass cockpits to classic tail draggers.

     He instructs from Sport to Instrument to CFIs to tail wheel techniques. His teaching style, described as a “combination of down-home wit, common sense, and uncommon expertise” is not to be missed.

     A pilot since 1959 and a CFI since 1968, Rusty Sachs serves as staff instructor and chief pilot for Master Instruction.

     He’s flown everything from Cubs to jets and from helicopters to floatplanes, and is the only person designated a NAFI Master Instructor seven times. Drawing on experience as a Marine Corps aviator, bush pilot, flight school director, and executive director of the National Association of Flight Instructors, his classes are both informative and entertaining.
